Virginia Rae Dietz Magill Mack born July 12, 1943 to Raymond and Mary Dietz in Damascus, Maryland passed away on January 14, 2013, with the love of her life David Mack by her side. She married Charles Edward Magill when she was 21 and supported him throughout his military career. Together they had three children, Patrick Michael Magill (Helen Doherty), twins Cassandra Rae Albert (Chad) and Morgan Wesley Magill (Kelli Barkett). She also has three granddaughters Erika, Samantha, and Aeryn and many nieces and nephews. As a writer of short stories and a career as an editor she retired as a GS-13 from the U.S. Government in 2003. At the age of 47 she met and married the love of her life David Adam Mack and spent the next 22 years traveling the country visiting family and friends. She lived the later years of her life with David in Margate, Fl. She will be deeply missed by family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. With no prior visitation a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
