Vickie Lynn Glauser, 55, of Coconut Creek, FL passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Boca Raton Regional Hospital after a long illness. Vickie was born on July 29, 1958 in Steubenville, OH, to Gilbert and Carol (Nestor) Glauser. In 1983, the Glauser family moved from Steubenville to Arizona. They spent a short time in Nevada and then in 2001 they moved to Coconut Creek. Vickie was a computer buff and loved to collect sea shells with her mom. She enjoyed music of all kinds but had a passion for the music of Journey and was thrilled with their recent revivial of "Don't Stop Believin'." Vickie was a very loving person and held a special relationship with her nephews, Michael and Matthew. She was also very involved in religion. As a Pagan priestess, she felt it was very important to teach religious education to people of all faiths. She is survived by her mother, Carol Glauser; her sister, Karen (Peter) McCambridge; and her adoring nephews, Michael and Matthew McCambridge. She was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert Glauser. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, September 6, 2013 at Coral Springs Funeral Home, 1420 N.
