With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Thomas "Tom" Anthony George, who tragically left us on November 19, 2024, at the early age of twenty-four. He was born on January 18, 2000, in Hartford, Connecticut. Loved and missed by his mother, Randi Wolfe George, father, Douglas [Britainee] George, sister, Michele [Timothy] Dupuis and grandmothers, Myrna Wolfe and Joy George. He will also be lovingly remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tom was genuine, caring, loving, funny and easy going. He liked to be silly, dance, and make others smile and laugh. His foremost passion was music - playing the piano and writing and producing his own compositions. He also loved listening to music and sharing his favorite songs with his family and friends. He enjoyed travelling abroad, often solo, experiencing new cultures and meeting diverse people. His travels encompassed Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and Central America. A movie buff, he watched new movies at the theatre and old movies at home. He liked films that had deep meaning but also ones that also gave him a good laugh. Tom was a foodie, with a fondness for street food, but always eating good food with the people he loved. He also excelled naturally in school, receiving many academic awards all while playing football and lacrosse.

Tom bravely battled through difficult private struggles. Though times weren't always easy, he knew that he was loved and cared for by those closest to him. He will forever be in our hearts.
