Stanley Schwartzberg, 80, of Coconut Creek, Florida passed away Thursday, January 31, 2013 at his residence. Stanley was born on Thursday, December 8, 1932 in Bronx, New York to Hyman and Veda Yousha. Stanley proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Saipan CVL48, enjoyed gambling, loved to travel, worked in the bread line for 25 years and the Florida Lottery for 10 years. He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Ruth, his two children: Jerrold Shaw and Andrea Josephson, his sister: Helen Allen and four grandchildren: Douglas Shaw, Michael Josephson, Justin Shaw and Lauren Josephson. He is preceded in passing by his sister Ruth Fishman. A Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Savino Weissman Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a service will take place at 2:00 PM with Rabbi Jonathan Kaplan officiating.
