Shuet Fong Wong, 97, of Coconut Creek, Florida, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 at The Health Center of Coconut Creek in Coconut Creek, Florida. She was born August 21, 1916 in Toishan, China to Shue Bing Wong (father) and Kin Hoe Eng (mother). She was married to her late husband, Sug Chu Wong of 50 years. She came to the United States in the late 1940's and settled in South Florida since. Shuet Fong enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening and cooking for her family and friends. Shuet Fong is survived by her children, Wanda Lee of Glendale, Arizona, Lida Maxwell, Tallahassee, Florida, Raymond Wong, Miramar and Edmond Wong, Coconut Creek; her younger sister, King Fong Ng, Miramar and her 7 grandchildren, David, Debbie, Donald, Dionne, Katie, Kristina and Allison. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 9:30 am at Savino - Weissman Funeral Home, 2950 N. State Road 7, Margate, FL 33063.
