Serge Ganthier, 70, of Hopatcong NJ, passed away in Boca Raton, FL on May 22, 2014 surrounded by his family. Serge is survived by his wife Nadine of 40 years; daughter, Marsha; son, Andrew; and sister, Ninon Jolly. Serge was a loving husband, father, brother and friend to all. Serge loved technology and worked as a Sales Representative for Siemens Building Technology for 30+years until he was forced to stop due to his illness. He enjoyed sports and was an avid soccer player. He also enjoyed photography, cooking, developing creative recipes for his family and entertaining friends. Serge was always there to help friends and family with whatever they needed. He will be remembered for his contagious smile, boisterous laugh and his good and gentle nature. Visitation will be on Friday, May 30, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Coral Springs Funeral Home, 1420 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the Chapel of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in North Lauderdale, FL with burial to follow.
