Rosemary Nikolaus, 85, from Tamarac passed away September 9th, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Harold Nikolaus, and son "Nick" Nikolaus.
She was very active with the hearing impaired communities such as the Brooklyn Association of the Deaf (BAD), in her hometown, where she enjoyed playing cards and bowling for fun. She worked for the United States Coast Guard and NYU Deafness Research Center.
After retiring to Florida, she stayed active in the deaf community serving on the board of both Broward County Association of the Deaf and the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Sunrise. She's now playing Texas Hold 'Em in heaven.
