Robert J. Lehr (Bob Winters) 76, Of Pompano Beach, FL. Formerly from Rochester, NY. Passed away on Nov. 2, 2012. He was born on March 10, 1936. Robert was born in Rochester, NY on March 10, 1936 to Norman Lehr and Amelia Hart. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Joyce Winters Lehr, his daughter Kim Winters & Enrico Giordano, brother Thomas Lehr, Gloria & George Magin, sister in law and brother in law, Kreg & Tricia Magin, nephew & niece and many other cousins, nieces and nephews. Bob was a Beloved Husband & Father He loved to pull pranks and loved to tell jokes to make people laugh. His true passion however was to dance . Bob & Joyce met at Arthur Murray dance studio and he danced his way into her heart. They just celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary! He had the fastest Mambo feet in town!! They opened a dance studio in Rochester NY where he taught many students ballroom, disco & country line dancing. In the disco days they were the dance coordinators of TV dance shows. They loved to dance the night away! How he loved to entertain friends and family. He was the MC for many recitals, dance competitions & shows. He would always make us smile when he did his Donald Duck imitations. He was also the owner of a boat marina for many years in Rochester & had a private banquet house where they catered many events. He then moved to Pompano Beach and sold real estate for many years. He passed away after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. We will miss you greatly but take comfort that you are in peace dancing beautifully once again . Now he's teaching angels to dance . What beautiful memories.
