Robert Edward "Bob" Dias, 62, of Tamarac, FL passed away on June 11, 2017 with William at his side. Born on October 7, 1954 in Norwood, Massachusetts to William and Margaret Dias, Bob settled in South Florida to pursue his career as a certified public accountant.

Survived by his husband, William H. Proper, Jr.; mother, Margaret; daughters, Adrian Dias (Dan) Mattina and Lisa Pauline (Ryan) Gates; and granddaughters, Hope, Joy, Grace, Felicity and Rosalyn. Also left to cherish his memory are his siblings, William (Rosemary) Dias, Mary (Jeff) Brown, Brian (Cindi) Dias, and Glenn (Valerie) Dias; sister-in-law, Katha Valence; and his nieces and nephews, Brad, Elena, Carla, Alison, Angela, Emily, J.J., and Carter. Bob was preceded in death by his father, William Dias, Sr., and his brother, Stephen Dias.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. followed by a Memorial Gathering. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Humane Society of Broward.
