Rafael A. Navarro, 74, of Margate, Florida passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at his residence in Margate, Florida. He was born on Friday, January 19, 1940 in Colombia to Rafael Navarro and Dora Soto. Rafael is survived by his loving children, sons; Rafael, Roberto, Andy and Javier. Brother; Roberto and 6 beautiful grandchildren. Rafael will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
