Phyllis Ann Bor, 64, of Margate, FL passed away on July 10, 2015 after a yearlong battle with cancer. She was born on March 30, 1951 in New Bedford, Massachusetts to Nathan and Leona Bor.

For over 20 years, Phyllis has been a passionate supporter of a 12-step recovery program. She offered hope to many just starting the program by acting as a sponsor and also affected the lives of many more by lending an ear and providing encouragement. Phyllis had a special way about her that drew many friends and made people laugh. Her traits of loyalty and dedication made her a model employee with AT&T Customer Service for a number of years.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Leona; her sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Steven Topor; 2 devoted nephews, Ben and Lawrence Topor along with their wives JaneAnne and Mary Beth; 4 great nieces and 1 great nephew. She also leaves her dearest friend, Terri Durden, and her beloved cats, Tippy and Tabby Ann.
