Pedro Luis Garcia, 54, of Parkland, FL passed away unexpectedly on May 25, 2016. Born in Havana, Cuba on August 17, 1961 to Pedro and Maria Garcia. The family relocated to South Florida where Pedro started his own trucking business which proved to be very successful.

Pedro was an outdoorsman; he loved boating, fishing, and mudding. He was truly the life of any party with a touch of happy-go-lucky, goofy craziness. Pedro was always dependable and posessed a heart of gold. His signature smirk and postive outlook will forever be remembered.

Pedro is survived by his parents, Pedro and Maria Garcia; his wife, Anita Novaro; his children, Alexander, Alisha, and Andrew Garcia and Alysha Novaro; and his grandchildren, David and Alexandra. Also left to cherish his memory are his sister, Ofelia (Ken) Avellanet; and nephews and niece, Kristian, Danny, and Lauren.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Coral Springs Funeral Home, 1420 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071. Pedro will be laid to rest at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
