Pearley May Lyn of Margate, peacefully passed away on March 12, 2026, at the age of 99.

She is lovingly survived by her children, Trevor Lyn, Lance Lyn, Beverly Lee-Chin, and Yvonne Watson. Pearly was dearly loved and cherished by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will forever hold her memory in their hearts. She is also survived by her siblings, Alfred (Seyoung) Cha, Hazel Young, and Joyce Cha-Lee.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Henry Lyn; her son, Michael Lyn; her brothers, Fredrick Cha and Willie Sullivan; and her sister, Ivy Lyn-Sue

Pearley was born on June 1, 1926, in Clarendon, Jamaica, to Thompson Cha and Veronica Sullivan.

Pearley will be remembered for her loving and caring spirit by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many. She dedicated her life as a homemaker and found great joy in cooking, baking, gardening, and caring for the people she loved. Her warmth, strength, and devotion to family created a legacy of love that will continue through the generations she leaves behind.

Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
