Paul Arthur Einzig, 80, of Coral Springs, FL, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Susan, of 54 years, as well as his 3 children, Jason, Evan, and Mindy. Also left to cherish his memory are his 7 grandchildren, Aiden, Zachary, Dakota, Max, Daren, Spencer, and Sadie. And not to be forgotten, his beloved dog, Stevie and his bird, Joey. Paul also has one surviving sister, Susie Einzig.


Paul was born on May 3, 1944 in Brooklyn, New York to his parents, Joseph and Edith Einzig. Paul only graduated high school, but he was so much more than that. He was in the orange juice business with his brother and absolutely loved to fish! He was drafted into the Army and bravely fought in the Vietnam War, earning 4 medals honoring his service. After his deployment, he went into the auto and body business and became the president of the New York Tow Truck Drivers Association. Paul met his wife, Susan, and they began a whirlwind courtship. Only after a few months of dating they were engaged to be married and remained together for 54 years! Together they welcomed 3 beloved children and 7 grandchildren.


Since growing up in a farm-like setting, Paul always had a love for animals. It all started with Dudley, the rabbit, and before you knew it, he was building outdoor cages for over 30 rabbits in his backyard in Jericho, New York! Paul and Susan eventually left New York to move to Florida. They purchased 2 gas stations and due to Paul's growing love for antiques, he later opened antiques booths in the Cooper City Antique Mall. This place was his second home. He refused to retire and only wanted to go to work every day to see his many friends and SELL! His vast knowledge of coins, cameras, and military items will never be something short of wonderful.


Paul will always be remembered for the unique, caring, humorous husband, dad, pa and pops that he was. His personality and jokes were magnetic to everyone that knew him. We have truly lost a fine human being. There is an emptiness in our hearts that only he filled. He will always be loved and greatly missed.
