Nilsa Olmedo,80 of Puerto Rico passed away on December 15th, 2015 under Hospice Care at Hillcresest Health Center and Rehabilitation, Hollywood, Florida. Nilsa was born on October 2nd, 1935 to Idelfonso Perez and Maratha Carasquillo. She is survived by her daughter Edith Olmedo Perez. Funeral services will be held in Puerto Rico.
