Our family sadly lost a pillar on December 8, 2018, when Morris "Tiger" Outar, also known as "Moe", passed away at the age of 62. He was born to the late Ivy Outar and Samuel Outar on February 5, 1956 in Gimme-me-bit, Clarendon, Jamaica. He will be greatly missed for his unique sense of humor and immense care for others. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with as well as those he has touched but never met. Morris is survived by his wife Janet Maragh and his loving four children; Omar Outar, Natoya Outar, Tricia Outar and Morris Outar Jr.; as well as grandchildren Omar Outar Jr., Jada Outar, Jamar Outar, Saniah Scott, and Damia Ramsey.
