MILDRED ARCHER
was born on July 28, 1931. She resided in Coral Springs Fl and made her transition to the eternal resting place on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022.
Mildred is survived by her daughter Carol Stephen and son Carl Caesar as well as her grand-children Kelvin and Brianna Stephen and Latisha Caesar. Son-in-law, Earl Stephen. She is preceded in death by her husband Carl Archer.
Mildred was born in Northwest District of Guyana South America. She was raised in Linden by the late Minerva Joseph.
Mildred was a homemaker who worked tirelessly to ensure her home and family were always taken care of and she was also welcoming to family as well as strangers.
In 2005, Mildred lost her husband and subsequently relocated to the USA where she lived with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids until her passing on Tuesday April 19, 2022.
We will sorely miss Mildred's laughter, joy, infectious smile, friendly and loving nature, thoughtful words of advice and wisdom.
She was the sister-in-law of Compton Archer and the late Evelyn Trotz.
Aunt of Dawn Archer of Canada, Cheryl and Donna Trotz of Guyana, Denise McKenzie, David, Peter, Robin, Collen and Alina of the USA.
Cousin of the Archer's…Joyce, Carol, Indira, Margaret, Daisy, Percy, Darcy, Veronica, Michael, Kenneth, Brenda and June. Derick Poole, Angela, Gloria aka Jackie, Eustace aka Buds Man, Alesta aka Queenie, Yusuf aka Lyn, O'Lynda and Winifred and the late Dexter Joseph of Linden Guyana and others.
Friend of Barbara Peroune, Vanessa Massiah of Barbados, & Aaliyah, Rhondella Yorrick, Theresa Nero-Green & family, The Nero's, Karen Brown & Family, Donette Wyatt & Family, Sheriza Waith & Pat Jaipershad, Marcie Roberts, The Monderson's of Guyana, USA and UK and many other cherished cousins, relatives, and friends.
We were truly fortunate to have known and loved Mildred and to be so deeply loved by her. Mildred lived every day to the absolute fullest. One couldn't ask for a better mother, sister, aunt, cousin, or friend. We will carry her love and legacy with us always and the lovely memories we cherished.
Homegoing service will be held at Coral Springs Funeral Home on Friday April 29, 2022, from 11am to 1:30pm. Burial will be held at Fairway Memorial Gardens at 2:30pm.
