Michelina Sciullo, 74, of Margate, FL passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2015. Michelina was born on September 12, 1940 in Belvedere, Maritimo, Italy, to Ciriaco Liporace and Rosina Grosso Ciponte.

Michelina was raised in Italy. She later relocated to Uruguay where she met and married the love of her life, Oriente Sciullo. Together they raised two children in Uruguay before moving to the States. Michelina was a classy lady; she believed in helping anyone that might need it. She had a special way of bringing a smile to your face, whether it was by way of something she said or one of her mannerisms. Michelina also desired to feed any guest in her home. Her favorite dish to make was homemake gnocchi. She also felt that a meal was not complete without a glass wine.

Michelina is survived by her son, Orazio Sciullo; her daughter, Rosalia Sciullo; her grandchildren, Javier Antonio Chavez, Juliana Chavez, Tatiana Sciullo, and Jessica Chavez; her siblings, Giuseppe Liporace, Juana Liporace, and Francisco Liporace; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oriente Sciullo; and brother, Pasquale Liporace.

Friends may call on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Coral Springs Funeral Home, 1420 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071. Michelina will be laid to rest in the family plot in Cementerio del Norte in Montevideo, Uruguay.
