Melvin Bernard Drayton, 77, of Margate, Florida passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 in Margate, Florida. Melvin was born on Friday, November 8, 1935 in Baltimore, Maryland to Eusaw Drayton and Theodoshia Holland. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, beloved husband, father and grandfather.
