Marlene M. Ellis, 74, of Coral Springs, FL passed away peacefully on August 28, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 2, 1941 in East Vandergrift, PA to Chester and Sophie Magaro. Marlene is survived by her son, Jerry (Rosemary) Ellis; her granchildren, Joseph (Erin), Jason (Sylvia), Justin (Ashley) and Jesse; her great grandchildren, Josh, Hailey, Elijah, Juliette, Jenna and Jayden; and her siblings, Lorraine Whitson-Jolicoeur and Dennis Magaro. She was preceded in death by her son, Gregory Anthony Ellis and her brother, Kenneth Magaro. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Coral Springs Funeral Home, 1420 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071.
