Marea Catherine Anselmo, 49, of Coral Springs, FL, reached her Appointment with God on August 23, 2021. She is survived by her husband, Ryan Gardella, her "Baby", Groot, as well as her mother, Catherine Anselmo, brothers Frank and Lenny Anselmo, and sisters  Donna, Dominika, and Julie Anselmo. Marea is preceded in death by her father, Leonard Anselmo as well as Johnny Anselmo.

Marea was born on March 25,1972 in Paterson, NJ to Catherine and Leonard Anselmo. She moved to Florida at 13 and has been a Floridian ever since. She attended Coconut Creek high school and later on received her degree in cosmetology and hair design. Shortly after she started to work for Walmart. Her career with Walmart lasted for over 25 years; she then later transferred to Tuesday Morning.

Marea was full of personality. Her quirky behavior and bubbly personality touched everyone that she ever met. There was not one person that Marea didn't love. Her infectious laugh and loud mouth was pure addiction. She will be greatly missed, she was a lifeline to us all.

Services for Marea will take place on Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 12pm-3pm at Coral Springs Funeral Home. In Lieu of Flowers Donations on the family's GoFundMe Page are still greatly appreciated
