Louis Jim Crockett, 81, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2014 under Vitas Hospice Care . He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on Tuesday, March 8, 1932 to Louis J. Crockett and Mary Hirsch. Louis proudly served his country honorably in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict and reserves, from 1951-1959. He served in the B-47 simulators unit at Pinecastle's (Orlando) Florida and retired from Motorola in Plantation, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant son James, and grand daughter Cindy.
