Lisa Lynn Dominguez, 50, of West Palm Beach, FL passed away peacefully at her son's home on July 4th 2012. Lisa was born in Baltimore, MD on October 25th 1961 to Carl and Celeste Leonard. Lisa attended Glen Burnie High School and graduated in the class of 1979. After graduation, she relocated to South Florida in which she pursued a nursing career as a licensed practical nurse, specializing in wound care. Lisa received her nursing license from Atlantic Vocational Technical Center in Coconut Creek, FL on August 15th 1983. On July 11th 1987, Lisa married her husband, Ernesto Dominguez. Lisa and Ernesto were married for almost 25 years, but she passed one week before their anniversary: they were together for over 27 years. Lisa was a devoted mother of three, dedicating her time and efforts to their happiness. When she wasn't taking care of her family, she enjoyed spending her free time with friends and family, traveling across country in her van, cooking innovative dishes, and watching movies. Although she was declared disabled in 1996, Lisa was a determined women and never let her disability hold her back. Through her faith in Jehovah, she reclaimed the strength to persevere. She continued to do things she loved, and her passion for her boys was never diminished. Her boys were her pride and joy, and she dedicated her life to raising three respectable and commendable young men. When it came to others, Lisa had a heart of gold, as she was one of the most honest and pure human beings to ever walk on the earth. One of her favorite charities to participate in was "Women in Distress." Her aspiration to help women in need was one of her most admirable qualities. Lisa is survived by her three boys, Jason, Ernie, and Michael, her husband Ernie, her mother Celeste, her brother Randy, and her sister Susan. In Lieu of Flowers the family is requesting donations be made to Lisa's Boys. All donations will be added to the Lisa's Boys Estate in Trust for the betterment of her three sons. Please make donation checks payable to Celeste A. Leonard.
