Lawrence Homa, 69, of Oakland Park, FL passed away on Friday August 17th, 2012. Lawrence was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on July 20, 1943 to Stephen Homa and Marion Halblieb. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. The Finish Line Because I am 'committed' to', and 'love' you, whether by hand, knee, or by heel, I will get you across the Finish Line safely of life's most important Race. We were called to be team athletes of a different kind, time, and place. The Race will not be easy as the track has many bumps and turns. But surely The Award will be worth it As we will get to be with Jesus, if we only keep in His pace So, as we lay our feet to the pavement let us be guided by The Spirit And not deviate from The Path laid before us, merely, pausing to refresh outselves in His Waters of Light and Life. Yes, you and I were called to run this Race together... Time has proven that. Yes, I will do whatever I have to... To get you across the Finish Line safely of life's most important Race. There are many waiting for us to join them as Finishers of The Race. The Victory Dinner will be joyous as we celebrate with those who ran long before us, And who did not deviate from The Path.
