Julia Boruk, 91, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Friday, February 27, 2015 at her home in Coral Springs, FL while under Hospice care. She is survived by three sons, I. Michael Boruk and his wife, Phyllis, of Coral Springs, FL, Bohdan Boruk of Munster, IN, and Richard Boruk of Coral Springs, FL; five grandchildren, Julia Early, Eric Dubiel, Michael Van, Reena and Larissa Boruk; and four great grandchildren, Chelsea, Hannah, Eva and Donovan.

Julia lived in Chicago, IL for over 40 years before retiring to Munster, IN for 10 years and Fort Wayne, IN for 2 years before settling in Coral Springs, FL.

The family will receive friends at Muzyka Funeral Home on Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL on Thursday, March 12, 2015 from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. with a Funeral Mass following at Sts. Volodymyr and Olha Church at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery on Higgins Road, Chicago, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sts. Volodymyr and Olha Ukranian Catholic Church, 2245 West Superior Street, Chicago, IL 60612-1327.
