Juan Manuel Salcedo, 44, of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, FL. Juan was born on Sunday, June 21, 1970 in San Gil, Santander, Colombia to Rodrigo and Maria Cecilia. Juan loved anything old school and in many ways was an old soul himself. In spite of his rugged exterior and cautious ways, inside and at heart, Juan was a very loving, caring and spiritual man that stayed close to God, willing to do anything for his family and friends. He had the innate ability to make you smile and roll on the floor with his contagious and unique laugh and wicked sense of humor. Juan was an extremely dedicated and hard working man that did not know the meaning of quit, fighting for what he believed in, not ever compromising on his principals. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his beloved father Rodrigo and grandmother Cecilia. He is survived by his mother Maria Cecilia, his sister Maria Bibiana with her husband Eric and his two nephews Jake and Max. A Memorial Service will take place 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Savino Weissman Funeral Home in Margate, FL officiated by Father Jorge of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. A Holy Mass will be celebrated 7:00 P.M. on Monday, July 14, 2014 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Parkland, Fl located at 5980 N University Dr, Parkalnd, FL 33067. A pesar de sus forma de ser cautelosa, por dentro y en su corazn, Juan era un hombre carioso, espritual y muy amoroso que se mantuvo siempre cerca a Dios, dispuesto a hacer cualquier cosa por su familia y amigos. Tena la habilidad innata para hacer sonrer con su risa contagiosa y nica y sentido del humor pecaro.
