JOSHUA R. CRUZ

Joshua R. Cruz, 28, died unexpectedly March 26, 2021. He was born October 6, 1992 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, the son of Roberto Cruz and Elba Santiago.

Josh graduated from Deerfield Beach High School, Class of 2012. In conjunction with his high school studies, Josh completed a barber program earning his license which he carried on to become a successful and well known barber. Josh also taught barber school at FAU as well as attended Mechanical School at YATC.

After accomplishing his career goals, he went on to achieve his dream of being a father and was blessed with two beautiful children who he loved and adored. He later found the love off his life, Jenni Quinones and they settled in Deerfield Beach.

Josh was full of life and always wanted to see his loved ones happy. His smile would light up the room and his laugh was contagious. Josh loved music and to dance. His passion for fishing, going to the beach, and cooking fulfilled his life with adventure. Josh was also very artistic and enjoyed bringing his thoughts of beauty to life on canvas.

Josh was predeceased by his father, Roberto Cruz. Surviving in addition to his partner, Jenni Quinones, are his daughter, Ayla Cruz and his son, Kaike Cruz; his mother, Elba Santiago; his brother Hector D Nunez; and his sister, Melissa I. Cruz.
