Jose Gregorio Gutierrez, 22, of Coral Springs, FL died unexpectedly in a tragic accident on March 21, 2014. Jose was born January 28, 1992 in Valencia, Venezuela to Oswaldo Gutierrez and Jacqueline Gutierrez. At the tender age of 1, Jose moved to Miami with his mother and father. In 2004, they relocated to Coral Springs where he completed 5th grade at Ramblewood Elementary School. Jose attended Ramblewood & Forest Glen Middle Schools before he graduated from Coral Springs High School. He excelled in math, and loved to read , write and listen to music. Jose's faith was very important to him and he spent a lot of his free time at the church. He served at Church by the Glades, Embassy of the Kingdom of God, Segadores de vida, and King Jesus. He had a great amount of friends that were very important to him and he always loved and cared for them and would go the extra mile for them. Jose also loved to travel and write and found great excitement in all things adventurous. He lived to take care of his mother alongside his younger brother and promised to always take care of her. While he had recently been working at Off the Wall, a trampoline fun center, it was always Jose's dream to own and operate his own business some day. Although he died young, he did achieve his goal of impacting and changing peoples lives. He changed the world by being there for the ones he loved. He left a legacy behind. He taught people how to enjoy life, love everyone unconditionally, and stay positive no matter what. With his great smile he would immediately touch the lives of those around him. He was truly an angel of God. Jose is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Gutierrez and her boyfriend, Philip Delzatto; his father, Oswaldo Gutierrez; and his siblings, Joemilin "Joy" Gutierrez and Josue Gutierrez. He also leaves his maternal grandfather, Jose Rosales, and his paternal grandparents, Aura and Oswaldo Gutierrez to cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mercedes Leon. Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Coral Springs Funeral Home, 1420 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33071. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Church by the Glades with burial to follow at Pompano Beach City Cemetery.
