Obituary

John Francis Tavano III, age 42, nicknamed Frankie from birth, was born September 30 th , 1980, at Carswell Air Force Base, Texas. He departed us to be with the Lord on February 10 th , 2023.
Frankie is survived by his only daughter, Taylor N Tavano; his father John F Tavano Jr and his wife Donna, his mother Roswitha "Rosie" K Louw; his grandparents, John F Tavano Sr, Barbara Tavano, and Melvin C Bird; his brother Christopher Tavano and wife Kristy, nephew Jude and niece Thea; his dog Capi; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a very large group of friends.
Frankie grew up in Coral Springs, FL and still has many friends from his childhood. As a child he participated in baseball, soccer, and his favorite, East/West Karate. He graduated from Taravella High School. After high school, Frankie spent 6 years in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller.  After the USAF, Frankie continued ATC with the FAA at Fort Lauderdale Executive airport for 12 years.
Frankie loved animals, especially dogs, snakes, foxes, and birds. For the past 11 years he did everything with his dog Capi. Frankie also loved his toys; cars, motorcycles, Wave-Runners, RC cars, drones, and video games. He was an avid skater and loved his rollerblades. Frankie was the life of the party; EVERYONE loved him. He was always there for family and friends to lend a helping hand.
RIP Frankie, you will be MISSSED so much. Until we see you again.

Frankie's Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 4-7pm at Coral Springs Funeral Home.
