In Loving Memory of Isabel Pesantes

July 25, 1936 – August 14, 2025

Isabel Pesantes, affectionately known by those closest to her as "Tata", passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 14, 2025, in Sunrise, Florida, at the age of 89.

She was a devoted mother to Juan, Ed, Anna, and Angelica; a proud, loving grandmother to Amber, Alex, Brandon, Danielle, Tony, Alec, Madison, and David; and a cherished great-grandmother to Joe, Colton, Jackson and Olivia. She treasured every generation of her family, filling each visit with stories, humor, and genuine affection.

Born in Zaragoza, Spain, on July 25, 1936, Isabel carried her bold spirit, vivacious personality, and endless love with her throughout her life. In Sunrise, Florida, she became the beating heart of her family, embodying warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Isabel lived life passionately—on her own terms, with fierce independence, joy, and a vibrant energy that made her unforgettable to all who knew her.

Her ashes will be laid to rest on September 12th at 9:00am at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida, beside her beloved husband, Juan—reunited in eternal peace.

She will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and joyfully celebrated.
