Grace Marcisak blessed the world with her presence on Saturday, July 2, 1938 in New York City; the daughter of Angelina and Accursio Ciulla. Grace spent most of her life in Queens and Long Island. She married the love of her life, Edward, 55 years ago and together they had 4 children. In 1984, they retired to Coral Springs, FL, and then moved to Margate, FL. Grace loved to play the penny slots at the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino! Occasionally she would be seen playing nickel machines if she was feeling really lucky. Grace also had a passion for music, particularly for Elvis. Her favorite sports teams were the NY Jets and the Yankees. Grace is survived by her doting husband, Edward, and their children, Diana (Steve) Heller, Lisa Marcisak (life partner, Maria Gonzalez), Maria (Gregg) D'Attile, and Edward (Kristina) Marcisak. Also left to cherish her memory are her mother, Angelina Ciulla; her grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Madison, Megan, Gabriella, Giuliana, and Edward; her brother, Frank (Barbara) Ciulla; and her beloved dog, Furby. Friends may call on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 2-4 & 6-8PM at Savino Weissman Funeral Home. A wake service will be held at 7PM, officiated by Fr. Michael Giorgi. On Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 10:15AM, Grace will be laid to rest at South Florida National Cemetery.
