Glenn Thomas Hower, 61, long time resident of Boca Raton, FL, passed away suddenly on September 6, 2015. Glenn was born in Lebanon, PA and raised in Myerstown, PA. He moved to Florida after high school where he graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a degree in Oceanography. Glenn is survived by his mother, Mary (Gibson) Hower, his children, Danielle B. Hower and Cassandra L. (Hower) Bullock, their mother, Candace S. Hower, and his sister, Kathleen (Hower) Miller. He is predeceased by his father, Guy Lloyd Hower and his grandparents, Thomas & Elsie (Clemens) Gibson and Lloyd & Erma (Brightbill) Hower. Glenn was a devoted father and a successful, well respected business owner. He loved spending time on the water in his kayak and was looking forward to refurbishing a boat that he had recently purchased. Glenn was greatly loved and will be missed by family and friends. Services are being held in Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
