George Vorobel, 86, of Binghamton, New York passed away on Wednesday December 18, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Mary Ann. Sons George R. (Terry) of Woodstock, Georgia and James (Patty) of Margate, Florida. Grandchildren Jamie, Cindy and Hailey along with Great-Grandchildren Brandon, Tyson and Ava. Sisters Irene and Rose and is preceded in death by his brothers John, Paul, Mike and sister Helen. George served in the Navy in the Pacific from 1945-1948. A celebration of his life will be at a future date.
