Francis "Frank" J. Harvey, 83, of Coconut Creek, Florida passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at his residence under the care of Hospice By The Sea Care Center. Frank was born in Bronx, New York on Sunday, September 8, 1929 to Francis and Kathleen Pettit. He was preceded in death by his parents: Francis and Kathleen, brother: Thomas and grandson: Barry Osborne. He is survived by his wife of 61 years: Virginia, children: John, Susan Osborne and Michael, grandchildren: Sean Osborne and Sasha Harvey, sister in law: Phyllis Schlosser, numerous nieces and nephews and family in Connecticut.
