Fernando R. Salas, 58, of Tamarac Florida, survived by his wife Ana Salas of 32 years but also his life was made whole by his 4 children Marcela, JuanJo, Jose, Maria Fernanda, and his 8 grandchildren Isabella, Sebastian, Ashley, Gabriella, Christian, Dylan, Angellina, and Alessandro. He extended his family by adding on his two daughter in laws Andrea Aponte-Alvarez, Samantha Salas, and his two son in laws Mario Del Cid, and Matthew Golden.
Fernando was born on January 20, 1963 in San José, Costa Rica survived by his mother Ana Mendez and his 4 siblings, Alex, Roy, Laura, and Francis. Fernando is preceded in death by his father Claudio Salas.
After nearly 2 months of fighting like a warrior Fernando was called by our heavenly father to help rebuild our kingdom. His career as a sub-contractor lasted over 20 years, teaching all he knows to his boys.
Fernando was a God loving man. He loved attending church every Sunday with his wife and always looked for ways to expand his Faith. He was an expert at telling jokes and going fishing without ever catching anything. He was a hardworking man who never cut corners. His favorite hobby was playing with his grandchildren every chance he could and beating his high score in his game of Pool. His laughs were contagious and always genuine. He was hard to anger and always had his arms opened to give the best bear hugs. His presence will be greatly missed by everyone he touched one way or another.

Fernando Salas nació el 20 de enero de 1963 en San José, Costa Rica, su madre Ana Isabel Méndez y su padre fallecido Claudio Salas Vargas. Sus hermanos, Alex, Roy, Laura y Francis.
Fernando, formo un hogar con su esposa Ana Cristiana Salas, hace 32 años. Su familia se conforma con sus 4 hijos Marcela, JuanJo, Jose, Maria y sus 8 nietos Isabella, Sebastián, Ashley, Gabriella Christian, Dylan, Angellina y Alessandro. Duplicó a su familia agregando a sus dos nueras Andrea Aponte-Álvarez, Samantha Salas y sus dos yernos Mario Del Cid y Matthew Golden.
Su carrera como subcontratista duró más de 20 años, enseñando todo lo que sabe a sus 2 hijos.
Era un experto en contar chistes e ir a pescar sin pescar nada. Era un hombre trabajador que nunca tomó atajos. Su pasatiempo favorito era jugar con sus nietos cada vez que podía y superar su puntuación más alta en su juego de billar. Sus risas eran contagiosas y siempre genuinas. Era difícil de enojar y siempre tenía los brazos abiertos para dar los mejores abrazos de oso.
Fernando era un hombre amante de Dios. Le encantaba asistir a la iglesia todos los domingos con su esposa y siempre buscaba formas de acrecentar su fe. Su presencia será muy extrañada por todos los que tocó de una forma u otra.
Después de casi 2 meses de luchar como un guerrero, nuestro padre celestial lo llamó a sus 58 años, para ayudar a reconstruir nuestro reino.
En lugar de las donaciones de flores, la familia solicita una donación para cubrir el costo de los arreglos del funeral, ya sea por parte de uno de los miembros de la familia, Zelle 954-774-0558, o Go Fund Me.
