Fabian A. Diaz, 71, passed away on Friday August 17th 2012 at his home in Coconut Creek. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Fabian later moved with his wife to New York where they had 5 children. He worked diligently with other family members in the supermarket business throughout New York, later moving to Florida in 2004. He was a hard worker who wanted nothing more than for his family to be happy and well supported. He was a very caring person, who celebrated life and loved to be surrounded by his loved ones. Fabian will always be remembered as a great husband and wonderful father, caring grandfather and an overall amazing person by all that encountered him. Fabian is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, 5 children and 8.5 grandchildren, who will all miss him dearly. His great memories will always be present in our minds and his love in our hearts!! In lieu of flowers the Diaz family will be accepting donations to cover all funeral expenses.
