Everard George Scott, 76, of Margate, Fl passed away on Friday, February 18th 2011 at his home under the care of his family, friends and nursing staff.

Everard was a devoted and loving father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather and father-in-law.

He was born in Trinidad and Tobago on July 31st 1934. He was the son of Otto and Jenny Scott.

He married Elizabeth "Betty" DeSouza on February 16th 1957. They had two children Donald and Jimmy. They moved from Trinidad to Margate in 1987 and lived there for the remainder of his life.

He leaves behind two sons: Donald and Jimmy, Daughter-in-laws: Tina and Raquel, 9 Grandchildren: Candice, Ryan, Jessica, Terun, Laura, Brandon, Shannon, Eduardo and Vanessa, and 6 Great-Grandchildren: Connor, Jayden, Brysen, Jacob, Chase and Jordan.

He also leaves behind his loving companion of the past few years, Laura Clark.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will take place 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 26, 2011 with Father Bob officiating at Savino-Weissman Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
