Dororthy was born on Thursday, October 3, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY to Michael Scarpati and Florence Kennedy. She is survived by her 3 children Joann, Mary and Michael.Along with her loving father: Michael her brother: Billy and 7 grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
