David Colen Smith, 46 of Fort Lauderdale passed way unexpectedly June 20th 2014. David was loved by everyone who knew him and will be missed by all, including his beloved German Shepard,Bradi He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Smith and his grandparents Ethel & Lou Colen. He is survived by his wife Barbara Formisano-Smith, his son Zachary Smith, his mother Marjorie Smith, his brother Bradley Smith, his Grandparents Alfred and Kerry Smith, his Aunt's Ronny Fogel, Karen Dowell ,Tracey and husband Jimmy Poutre and cousins Allie, Andie, Kim, and Robbie.
