Constance Materdomini, 97, of Plantation, FL passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Constance was born May 23, 1916 in Bari, Italy to Nicholas and Antonia Lorusso. Connie and Willie were married and began a family in New York. Together they had two children and Connie worked as a seamstress to supplement the family's income. She is survived by son, Joseph (Chee Chee) Materdomini, and daughter, Rose Materdomini. She also leaves her grandchildren, Michael (Dina), Rick (Lady), and Linda (Ron) to cherish her memory. Constance was a very loving Great Grandmother to Nicholas, Bobby, Rachel, Joseph, Hunter, and Ronnie and they will miss her dearly. Preceding her in death was her beloved Emanuele (Willie) Materdomini. Visiting hours will begin on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Coral Springs Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. They will continue on Sunday with the hours of 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and again from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., during which time a Funeral Service will be held at 7:30 P.M. On Monday , July 15, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. Constance will be laid to rest at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
