Carl Paul Betzler, 80, of Ft Lauderdale entered into eternal rest on November 5, 2017. He was born in Canton, Ohio to Lucille and Leonard Betzler where he grew up with his sister Alice who still resides in Ohio. He was a great American and was proud to serve in US Army. In 1972 he moved to Ft Lauderdale where he set up roots to raise his family. He loved his family more than anything. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Elizabeth. He was the father of 8 children: Brian, Linda, Steven, Lisa, William, David, Mary Jo and Larry as well as 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
