Wallace R. Duplechain, 46, of North Lauderdale, FL passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2015. "Buddy" as he is affectionately known, was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana to J.D. and Judy Duplechain on November 13, 1968. He is survived by his wife, Monica; his sons, Cody and Ryan; his parents; and sisters, Vicki and Tina.

Buddy loved South Florida, moving to North Lauderdale from Louisiana three years ago for a promotion. His new position with Isle Casino was as Director of IT. He enjoyed scuba diving, fishing, go kart racing, shooting pool, and country music. Buddy loved to cook, especially Cajun style as that was his life. Buddy loved life; he had an amazing sense of humor and a quick wit, and always made people happy when he was around. He had a smile that never stopped. Buddy worked hard, and played even harder.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 P.M.
