Bernard Franklin Lasky, 77, of Coral Springs, FL passed away on August 13, 2015. Born in Jamaica, NY to Phillip and Maryann Lasky. Bernie is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara, his daughter, Dawn Marie, and his sister, Anna Marie Rice. Also left to cherish his memory is an honorary daughter a exchange student, Hiroe Itohisa, her husband, Masaaki, her children, Mine and Ren along with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial Gathering hours for Bernie will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Coral Springs Funeral Home, with a Wake Service at 7:30 P.M. At 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 a Memorial Mass will be held at St. Andrew Catholic Church followed by inurnment at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL at 1:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to one of the following organizations in Bernie's Memory: Honor Flight South Florida, Inc., P.O. Box 16821, Plantation, Florida 33318 (in memo area of check please put In Memoriam Bernie Lasky) Honor Flight sends vets to Washington, D.C. for the day to see their memorials.
