Originally from Hempstead, NY, Barbara passed away after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. Predeceased by husband Thomas. Survived by 4 children, Janice McDermott of NY, Gail McDermott of Florida, Scott (Lisa) McDermott of NY and James (Patricia) McDermott of Tx. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, Bebe Jillian, Kseniya Tx. , Michael and Alexander NY
