Antonio Raul Oquendo-Picard, 2, of Virginia Beach, died Tuesday, June 4, 2013 due to a tragic drowning accident. Antonio was born February 10, 2011 in Norfolk, VA, to Anthony Oquendo and Jennifer Picard.

Antonio loved the family dogs, Calypso, Princess, and Dante and could play with them endlessly. Antonio's first word was "car" and he loved to watch the Disney movie "Cars." A couple of his favorite cartoons were Diego! and Spongebob Squarepants. Antonio looked forward to bath time everyday.

Antonio is survived by his mother, Jennifer Picard; his father, Anthony Oquendo; grandmother, Evelyn Gonzalez; grandfathers, Antonio Oquendo and Rafael Vargas, Jr. His aunts, Jackie Picard and Tiffanie Vargas; and uncles, Axel E. Oquendo, Alexander Oquendo are also left to cherish his memory.

Friends may call on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 2:00-5:00 P.M. at Coral Springs Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 P.M..
